Yes. We can support your event from the very first planning conversation all the way through the celebration day, or step in only where you need us.

Can you help with smaller parties?

Absolutely. We help with both intimate gatherings and larger events, depending on what you need.

Do you provide decorations?

We help with theme, styling, layout, and setup. Depending on the package, we coordinate and arrange décor to match your vision.

Do you work with outside vendors?

Yes. We are happy to coordinate with your chosen vendors, or help you research and compare options.

How early should I book?

The earlier the better, especially for larger events. That said, you are welcome to inquire even if your date is coming up soon.

Can you help with a theme?

Yes. We can develop a custom concept and design direction built around your story, style, and budget.

Do you offer day-of coordination?

Yes. Our Essential Coordination package focuses on managing the timeline, vendors, and setup so your event day runs smoothly.

How do I get a quote?
